The service was smooth and efficient. I liked how the service advisor came to me and explained the results and said they were done and it was less than an hour. Very frustrating to schedule appointment months ahead for oil change, tire rotation and a recall and drive over a hour to dealership early on a Saturday morning to find out they had quit doing recalls on Sa oil change, tire rotation and a recall and drive over a hour to dealership early on a Saturday morning to find out they had quit doing recalls on Saturdays a month prior due to customer complains on oil change wait times. They should have notified us to reschedule before we drove that far!! Now we have to go back in a week for recall . Not happy at all!! More

. My Kia died on me on the interstate. I took it to the dealer who of course found no problems and happily charged me 250.00+ dollars for my trouble. I will never buy another Kia. My kia only has 9k miles dealer who of course found no problems and happily charged me 250.00+ dollars for my trouble. I will never buy another Kia. My kia only has 9k miles on it and This was the last chance for Kia. Charging a returning customer for this activity is ethically despicable.
