Where to begin to review this dealership. We purchased a new 2022 Kia Niro in March 2022. They charged us $31,000 for the Kia Niro LX which had a msrp of around $25,000. At signing we were in We purchased a new 2022 Kia Niro in March 2022. They charged us $31,000 for the Kia Niro LX which had a msrp of around $25,000. At signing we were informed from the paperwork that the Niro was the LXS model. The title even states that it is an LXS but is actually an LX. We traded in the Niro for a new Buick Encore this past weekend. We were informed by the Buick dealership that we could get a refund on the Kia for the unused portion of gap coverage and extra warranty through Car town Kia. Car town Kia does not return phone calls or respond to emails. This is a common practice from this dealership as I have learned over the years. Do yourself a favor and do your research if you are looking to buy a new Kia and stay away from this dealership. There are far better dealerships in Northern Ky or Cincinnati, even Louisville. More
