This is one of the worst dealerships I’ve had the displeasure of dealing with. The service department is abysmal. They have no communication skills. Their technicians and advisors have no idea wha displeasure of dealing with. The service department is abysmal. They have no communication skills. They will not reply to your e-mails or phone calls. Do not shop or get service here. You will regret it. We have a 2022 Kia and every time we’ve had it at this dealer it has been a fiasco.
