I was looking for an more economical vehicle and ending up buying an 2014 Kia Soul. I am extremely happy with the Professionalism and knowledge of the sales person and the sales manager as well. I was very pleased with the customer service I received. We bought a used 2013 Kia Forte and have been very pleased with it. There were a couple of things we wanted to get cleaned a little better in the car. They told us to bring it back and they would take care of it. They did more than we asked for. They cleaned the entire inside of the car, put air in the tires, and washed the outside as well. They did much more than they said they would do. That's excellent service! Also, my Dad drives a Kia, and my brother drives a Kia. More
I stopped by cause I heard an ad for bad credit. My x-Husband really messed mine up badly. After a few minutes of talking to him, he pulled a 2012 KIA SOUL up to the front door for me. I feel in love with it! I feel like I got a good deal, and Mr. Moore wasn't pushy and he didn't make me feel like I was a bad person because of my credit. I had a great experience and if are looking for someone to truly work with you, I highly recommend KIA and David Moore. They both have me sold! More
My daughter went to Cartown on a Saturday to look at new optima. She was greeted by one of the salesman and he proceeded to show here a vehicle but kept insisting that she should fill out a credit app (a cr optima. She did get a chance to drive the car before she left. She liked the car so we went back the following Saturday and we dealt with the same salesman. When we sat down to see the price and payments it took forever. We agreed on the price and then Andrew one of the managers said that he could only do the numbers we agreed on if it went in my name only. From the beginning I stressed I wanted it in both names to help her build credit. He told me that we could refinance in six months but I'm not an idiot. We were looking at a 30k car what came change in just six months. When I told him that she had to be on the loan because it was going to be her car he became very rude. He even asked if my husband would do it. I guess since I'm just a horrible mother that wants to look out for her daughter. We ended up leaving and going to The KIA Store in Louisville and had a great experience. Ended up buying the car for less than what we were quoted at cartown. After all was said and done I tried to get in touch with a Mr Sparks but he must be a busy man because after four attempts he never responded. I would not recommend this place to anyone they will look down on women and anyone they feel they can push around!! More
Delt with Chris purvis and he was great. Was very informative and helpful but once we started trying to get a payment we could afford Ryan (he addressed himself as the general mgr but come to find ou informative and helpful but once we started trying to get a payment we could afford Ryan (he addressed himself as the general mgr but come to find out he's not) came down and made us feel like we were the lowest forms of life. Talked about how much money he had and couldn't understand why we couldn't afford a $500 payment. Botten line I will NEVER buy anything from this place and wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. More

I bought a "certified" used SUV from here about 6 months ago and have had to do OVER $2k in repairs to the truck after DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE HERE!!! I bought a "certified" used SUV from here about 6 months ago and have had to do OVER $2k in repairs to the truck after I was told it passed their inspection and everything was working great, they also blatantly LIED about the trade in value I was given for my car... I also purchased the extended warranty and when the SUV quit starting I called to see if it was covered by the warranty I purchased I was told I would have to call the warranty company, so I asked for the name and number of the company I was told - "its somewhere in your paperwork it's superior something, you'll have to google it" I am so BEYOND fed up with this dealership also the day after buying the SUV I went to turn on the stereo and no sound, being a jeep with an aftermarket install it requires a specific unit to work that wasn't there it costed $400 to purchase and have installed. I should have took it back right then but didn't... Don't swim with these sharks in short.... STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!! More

He was very knowledgeable, polite, and straightforward in talking to us about what was available in order to meet my requirements for a new car. He was able to work out a very agreeable and satisfactory contract with me. I strongly recommend Chris as a trustworthy and knowledgeable person to do business with wen you are considering trading or buying a car. More
