Customer Service has declined a lot since our last purchase. The car I purchased had issues since I purchased and the service was not up to standards and cost me valuable time, stress, and money. I have found my dealings with CarMax to be honest and fair. They have honored the trade in offers they previously provided me and there are no surprises at the last minute (like I’ve encountered at other fair.
