Planned 75K service for my 2014 AUDI Q7.diesel and also had issue with mirror assistance light. Gave them a cal and has appointment scheduled in 3 days with the loaner. Dropped car in the morning and received the video of the inspection before afternoon. Make story short, service was done with superb quality. The failed side assistant parts parts had been replaced by extended warranty which I bought when purchased the vehicle, They also found small leak in the steering pump and replaced it as well. Warranty paid for all the parts and some labour cost. Russell was a great help and make everything went flawlessly. I worked with Russell a few times on both of my cars and every time he is taking care of my cars and me in very friendly and professional manners, Also want to thank the Mechanics (unfortunately can't find his name in the receipt) who work on my car to service and repair it. He did a great job of taking care of my car. I am very satisfied with the services done here and recommend Knoxville AUDI dealership to everyone. Outstanding dealership! We had had a Camry (more than one, actually) in the past and the fact that a AWD Hybrid was available this time was crucial for our decision. He quickly assessed the problem -- we had inadvertently drained our secondary battery -- fixed it for us, and would not take any money for his time and effort. He and his family were very friendly. Vehicles extremely clean and well cared for. Had a private mechanic look over the vehicle we bought and they said it was the cleanest used car they ever had for a pre-buy inspection. Dealer changes spark plugs, filters, oil, and in some instances even tires and upholstry. No pressure sales made for a great experience. You can tell the dealership takes pride in what they sell. Would recommend to friends and family to use this dealership.
