I've had problems with my vehicle since day one. Took the vehicle back for a warning, I was given a loaner car. I just got back home and was told to bring back the loaner because I needed to take it Took the vehicle back for a warning, I was given a loaner car. I just got back home and was told to bring back the loaner because I needed to take it to a dealer. They couldn't get me in for a month which is passed the 10 day return policy. I asked for an extension in writing. No answer back. Since then the dealer repaired the warning how ever I now have 2 new warning lights and have another appointment with the dealer in another month from now. I will never purchase another vehicle from carmax again and will discourage people from purchasing a vehicle from carmax as well. More

All went well at time of pick up of the Cadillac. Only suggestion, to make a good dealership even better, would be to tell the customer that the warranty period was being changed while I was closing the deal. Always liked your ninety day warranty, but feel a little slighted with the drop to thirty days warranty. I was glad to get a quality car, low milage, and treated well during the process of the sale.
