I’ve purchased add ons and have had questions about all the new technology and when she didn’t know the answers, she found them. This was the best car buying experience we have had to date. Troy was beyond knowledgeable- he knew ever bell and whistle of the truck we wanted and how to use it. He is genuinely a good guy and worked for us to get everything that was important to us. We were in and out in 3 hours. Troy and the rest of the staff were extremely professional. We have had the truck for a week now and Troy has followed up several times to check in and make sure everything is going well. Will absolutely be back again the next time we need a new vehicle.

My car needed a new engine & thankfully Hyundai was able to replace it for free because what 29 year old has $8k laying around for a new engine? Not I, that’s for sure! Loved every single thing that happened while i was buying my car. First off i’m all the way in Hawaii so it was my first time ever buying a car & crazy thing is it was wayyyy out of state . Joe Kopietz was such a great salesman ! Communication was there even when we were 5-6hrs apart . Made my first buying experience the best thing ever.. Gave his personal just incase i needed to stay in contact for the car when he wasn’t in office . It’s crazy to think i have so much trust in him because i didn’t see the car in person so it’s pretty crazy getting a car you ain’t seen in person other than videos/pictures . The whole Crest Cadillac Team was great, everybody did their part ! If i could do it all over again I would ! Really recommend this dealership company & talking to Joe Kopietz ! I would like to thank my salesperson, Rai Arjun, aka AJ, for his excellent service in helping me find the vehicle I wanted. AJ introduced himself to me and said, "If you need any help, just let me know. I appreciated this approach it allowed me to decide whether I wanted to work with him or not. His low-key mannerism got him his eventual sale 😃. I stated to him my purpose for being at the dealership, and immediately he showed me two Highlanders. He gave me information on both vehicles and asked which one I wanted to test drive first? I think he could tell I was more partial to the first Highlander I test drove 😀. AJ once again went over the details of the 2025 SUV I had decided upon. He pointed out it was actually a better buy because of the extended warranty that came with it, at no cost to me, the low mileage (3,560) of the vehicle and that it was big enough for the kind of driving/errands I do. I really appreciate AJ's professionalism, it was all about him making the customer happy by insuring I received what I truly needed and wanted. After the sell was completed AJ made sure I understood if I had any concerns or questions after the sale, I should not hesitate to contact him or drop in at the dealership. I actually did go back to the dealership to have AJ help me set up a few electronic things 😅. THANK AJ for YOUR EXCELLENT SERVICE!!

I had been researching vehicles since I became pregnant with my littlest baby, knowing I’d need space I wanted to make sure we had the exact vehicle we needed that all drivers in our family felt confident driving.
