Terrible car buying experience. Went in to purchase a vehicle after three days a check engine light came on so I returned to the dealership. No communication after dropping vehicle Went in to purchase a vehicle after three days a check engine light came on so I returned to the dealership. No communication after dropping vehicle off for service I had to go back and forth to get any information about what was going on. Then told the car had engine failure and they were processing a return. When inquiring about why there’s no option for repair it took days to get a response that end up being their going to repair vehicle. Here it is a month later first car note about to be due I’m still not in the car I pay insurance for and been in a loaner since with no knowledge of what’s going on with the car I purchased and will have to pay for. Not to mention despite my license having my current address and any document having my current address they registered the vehicle to an old address in Las Vegas that I never provided More

This dealership was easy to get to and when I entered I was serviced right away. I always dread the process as of buying a car because it l always seem to take so long. I reserved my car online to come look at and when I got there Mekhi brought it we took it for a ride, and when we came back we chatted and he tried to get my percentage lower per my prequalifying quote online. Well the next day he contacted me with my news and I was able to pick up my car after I got off work. He let me know to just tell him when I was on my way and he’d have everything ready for me. I got there after work and was in and out in about 30 minutes! The quickest and easiest process!! More
