I really liked the no pressure aspect of my experience at Carmax. When I started shopping I only had a vague idea of what I liked in a vehicle and really it was in looks only. I called up to make an appointment to take a car for a test drive that I liked but it had more miles on it than i desired. After the test drive i knew this was the model I wanted but I wanted to try to find something with less miles. There was no pressure to try and get me to buy the car I drive. My sales person just told me to take some time and shop the website. Find a car that fit my needs and they would help me get it from wherever it was located. More

I’ve purchased several vehicles from Carmax and have always had a great experience. This time wasn’t great due to me having to take my vehicle to an Infiniti dealership because I needed a whole new wash always had a great experience. This time wasn’t great due to me having to take my vehicle to an Infiniti dealership because I needed a whole new washer tank. I realized days after the purchase there wasn’t any windshield washer fluid in the vehicle. I put some in and that still didn’t work. That’s when I realized something was wrong. Carmax couldn’t get me in but instructed me to take it to the dealership. Luckily it was still under warranty and was able to be fixed right away. I feel like this is something Carmax shouldn’t did when they did there inspection of the vehicle. Otherwise the vehicle is great! More

I worked with Kyla at the Carmax Auto Metro Mall and she was super helpful and responsive when it came to buying the car. Now after purchasing it she is not helpful at all.
