Unprofessional, Liars, bought my car I got a car from them and it wasn’t inspected properly had worn hoses and leaking radiator issues. They told me to drive it over the weekend if the levels are the sam them and it wasn’t inspected properly had worn hoses and leaking radiator issues. They told me to drive it over the weekend if the levels are the same it’s safe to drive to Texas. I did that and ended up on the side of the road before I ever left California. I returned the car to them they gave me a rental from enterprise and an email saying I can come to the carmax in San Antonio and get my refund processed. Now they’re saying they’ll mail me the check. It’s supposed to be a bank draft in my hand. They have MY CAR, THEIR CAR, and I have NOTHING. I didn’t mail them my car the bank draft is supposed to be same day! I am absolutely livid! I wouldn’t recommend carmax to Satan More

My experience at Palmdale location CarMax was amazing ALEENA AND MICHELLE was was outstanding. I drove one and a half hours to buy my car from them. However, after I have the car transfer to from Canoga Park to Palmdale, everything change 1000%. I even have friends that are willing to drive from Palm Springs to buy Their car from Palmdale because of how I was treated from Aleena and Michelle.
