Hands down the best there is! - Cesar SCV

Hands down the best there is! I have been buying cars from Steve, at Hamer Toyota, for 15 years. To tell you the truth, he is the main reason I keep coming back. He goes out of his way to make you happy. There is a saying that” to be good at what you do, you have to love what you do”, You can tell he loves what he does, is not only to sell you a car but to make a costumer, to make a friend!

Just had my 2021 AT4 in the service department for an - dhoffmeyer1

Just had my 2021 AT4 in the service department for an unexpected check engine light. Went through a spectrum of test so it took a week. My service manager Kyle Duke went above and beyond my expectations during this process, daily updates even multiple updates in the end also even got my bill reduced to nothing on things not covered by my warranty. Extremely grateful, have always received exceptional service here but this one was by far the best. Thank you Kyle and the team at AV GMC for getting me back on the road.

My electric Taycan was completely discharged as I got - hugester10

My electric Taycan was completely discharged as I got home at midnight and even the 12volt battery was dead because the car had no power i was partially on my driveway but my charging cable did not reach. Had ro leave it like that overnight. I contacted Santa Clarita service dept in the morning and told.them of my situation. The technician. I spoke with was completely helpful and rght away told me that the foreman could come out and assess the situation. Brian called me in 20 minutes that he was on his way. He jumped started the car so he could access the trunk and power the 12v battery and open the charge port. He ran a diagnosis and then pulled out an extension cable so I could charge. I am so gratefully and thankful for the excellent customer service skills of the service department. What a life saver.

Buying a car at Rydell is so easy. - Steve S

Buying a car at Rydell is so easy. They were the best price by far in the area, with transparent pricing. Going into test the car was great - no sales pressure whatsoever. April and Radik were a pleasure to work with. I tell anyone looking to buy a Stellanis car to go here first.

Iman and Marlyn Made My Dream Car Happen You can post - anthonyzilobaf

Iman and Marlyn Made My Dream Car Happen You can post this same review on both Google and DealerRater: I cannot say enough good things about Iman and Marlyn at Hunter Dodge Chrysler Jeep RAM. I came in with a very specific car in mind—a 2026 Subaru Forester Wilderness—and a financial commitment I needed to feel completely confident making. From the beginning to the final signature, they treated my goals, concerns and budget with genuine respect. This was not a quick or simple decision for me. There was a trade-in, an existing payoff, financing, GAP and many numbers that needed to come together correctly. I asked plenty of questions and carefully reviewed every detail. Iman and Marlyn remained patient, responsive and transparent throughout the entire process. They never made me feel like I was being difficult or like I was merely another transaction. Iman genuinely advocated for me and worked hard with his team to help structure the strongest deal possible. His honesty, encouragement and personal care meant a great deal to me. Marlyn was equally wonderful. She stayed in communication, helped make sure I received updated figures in writing, prepared everything for my arrival and made the final process feel organized and comfortable. Their collaboration was exceptional. What stood out most was that I truly felt they wanted to help me get the car I loved while still making a decision I could responsibly accept. They listened, followed through and continued working with me until everything finally came together. I drove away in the exact Forester Wilderness I had hoped for, at a price and overall deal I felt confident accepting. I feel incredibly blessed and grateful not only for the vehicle, but for the genuine care I received from both of them. Hunter’s management should know that Iman and Marlyn represent the dealership at its very best. If you are looking for people who will listen, communicate, collaborate and genuinely work for you, ask for Iman and Marlyn. I would confidently recommend them to my family and friends. Five stars, without hesitation.

I went in to buy a Ford Bronco Sport that was listed for - aroq87

I went in to buy a Ford Bronco Sport that was listed for about 24K. When I got there Michael was very nice and allowed me to test drive it. Once we got inside it was a surprise on the price. All of the sudden the car was 31K. Of course the car came with “added” features that were not requested by me and COULDN’T be removed. They said it was “listed” on their website, when I asked it was a general message that was written with tiny print of course. I still ended up buying the vehicle but please check with them before you drive out there and they have those “added” features because the price can go high with all those added features.

*DO NOT SHOP - WARNING* *DATA THEFT, RISK OF PERSONAL - seer-modest5r

*DO NOT SHOP - WARNING* *DATA THEFT, RISK OF PERSONAL SAFETY, HARASSMENT* I had the absolute worst experience I have ever had with a dealership at Diamond Mazda. I texted the dealership that I will not be able to come in, post a phone call in the morning. I received a message saying they are willing to do an offsite test drive for me. I reached the location the next day, and no one showed up there. I then realized it was a BOT who arranged this meet up. AN AI who asked for ALL MY PERSONAL INFORMATION AND DATA PRETENDING TO BE HUMAN. Mind you I did not ask for this test drive, it was OFFERED TO ME. What is worse is Diamond Mazda had no idea about this, no human oversight of the AI and has no controls over these bots. I had to call them to inform and they proceeded to gaslight me. BEWARE before interacting with them and sharing your data while buying a car. I am absolutely shocked and scared that Diamond Mazda has no oversight on powerful tools such as AI and lets it run wild, ENDANGERING REAL human life. When I tried to complain, Marco the salesman refused to share number of the GM claiming he did not have such information...(ridiculous) and proceeded to harass me further, leaving me feeling unsafe and distressed in a location that the BOT made me come to. I have now filed complaints with govt authorities. I leave this as a CAUTION to anyone who is interested, Mazda has several dealerships, this one is NOT the one u should go to. There is a reason why their rating is so low - full of misrepresentation and malpractice of business.

Best experience I ever had at a car Dealership. - Lotje Orgelo

Best experience I ever had at a car Dealership. After being treated like a valued customer over email (which I prefer anyway), I decided to give it a shot. Not only did they offer me more for my old car than anywhere else (it was in bad shape lol), but also gave me a great deal on a way more solid car. I will definitely recommend this place to others. Absolutely 10/10. David was awesome and helped me out every step of the way. Thanks again.
