This wasn't my first used car or used dealership. It was my first time using carmax, a friend recommended them to me. The overall experience was okay. I just didn't like that I scheduled an appointment and still was in the building for 5 hours. I did most of the paperwork online so I could just do the down payment and sign. They said it was due to my income being 400 dollars less...okay. Aside from that Issac was very helpful, the only issue I have is that he got irritated when I said I didn't want the extended warranty. I'm not sure if you guys make money off people getting it. But I felt like you guys should already include that, like other dealerships, and I never had to pay additional money for an extended warranty. And if a customer chooses not to, there shouldn't be any belittling or eye rolling. I ended up getting it, just to be safe, since it was my first car with carmax. Overall it was a good experience, wish I came sooner to get the malibu I wanted, but i'm happy with the kia. More

While the ad said that there were 2 keys that came with the vehicle, when all the paper work was finished the 2nd key was not to anything that is on the vehicle. When I asked them to provide a second key l the vehicle, when all the paper work was finished the 2nd key was not to anything that is on the vehicle. When I asked them to provide a second key like the ad said, the sales person said it came with 2 keys and that is 2 keys regardless if the key is actually to anything on the vehicle. Pretty crappy in my opinion. Also, when they freshened up the paing, they destroyed the Sirius satellite radio antenna. Really poor work. More
