I was pleasantly surprised when I walked into Carmax. I was helped quickly and thoroughly. Helen was so helpful and not pushy at all. I fell in love with the first car I test drove. Good experience with Alenna and helpful workers, walked me through all paperwork! Got service coupons because there was an error on their end that longed the process, had to do signatures again. When I had the car in for service for an alignment and balance London communicated well and every day the car was in service. Although it did take a while, a week (prepare yourself if you're going in for a used car). London had lyft pick me up and drop me off to and from carmax when needed! I was beyond patient, when I received my car, it was dirty!!!!!!!!! Texted Alenna like this how I received the car... AND she gave me resources to earn reimbursement for car detail WHICH im in the process of doing.. Great work on customer service and amazing resources were given for a first-time buyer!! More

They would not adjust the price to allow us to get EV credit. The car description included a sun roof which the car did not have . This the third car I have purchased from Carmax. The prices are always fair, I have been able to get exactly what I want everytime, the warranty is exceptional. I enjoyed how organized the process is and it took the headache of car buying away.
