Upon reviewing the 2006 Cadillac CTS, I poin I filled out a form on Edmunds for an appraisal for $2700 which is what I expected to receive at CarMax. Upon reviewing the 2006 Cadillac CTS, I pointed out new tires, brakes and battery. Also, the vehicle never even had a scratch (no body work ever) It was noted that the dashboard had 2 cracks, which I was aware of. The appraiser agreed it was due to sun exposure. When the offer came in at $2000, I was very dismayed and was told 700 was deducted for the dashboard. Total BS,as it's a 14 year old vehicle. Of course, I could have left w/out the check, but I couldn't waste another day for a few hundred dollars more at another facility. More

I’ve bought a number of cars in the past from Carmax But recently I traded in a 2016 Dodge Challenger for a 2019 Honda Accord. When I saw my trade in listed on their webpage it said the car was a one owner recently I traded in a 2016 Dodge Challenger for a 2019 Honda Accord. Should have read the negative reviews before attempting to do business with Carmax. Paid $99 to ship a car to our location for test drive and Carmax assured a 14-day wait. It's been almost a month.
