I really like the no haggling concept. Good selection. Easy financing too. Unfortunately the truck interior was not clean. I was told to take it to another location and have them re program it. These items should have been checked out before the truck was put up for sale. I am glad I bought the extended warranty! More

If you make an appointment to test drive a car, I would think they would have the car ready for you to test drive and there wouldn’t be a wait. I would expect that the car you were going to test drive woul think they would have the car ready for you to test drive and there wouldn’t be a wait. As long as the vehicle doesn’t have immediate safety issues they put them on the lot for sale. I am not happy with this purchase. However the laid back environment of Carmax is probably the best experience compared to all the others. I am still not happy. More
