We were on vacation and our check engine light came on which stopped us almost dead in our tracks abour 650 miles from home. We were incredibly lucky to have this happen within less than 1/2 mile from from a GREAT TEAM at Lake Elsinore CDJR Dealership. The experience started off on a high note with the Service Advisor, Gary, and it never went down from there. Even when Gary was not available all the other Service Advisors were able to help me quickly and efficiently. The downside was one of the failed parts was not in stock. The upside is that Jose (Service Mgr and a Marine) along with his part dept and auto maintenance people, did everything they could to get us back on the road asap, which was a 3 day stay in a hotel close by. It could have been worse had it not been for Gary and the other Service team members working together to get us back on the road. THANK YOU TO ALL OF YOU!!!!

Easiest deal I ever had. I had looked for this truck at many regional dealers but they all had 3,000 I. Magic dealer charges. These guys said that they have dealer options but all are optional. I walked in at 12, waited a few minutes for Matt. I was home with my new truck filled and washed by 2:15, and I live 20 minutes away. Best price. Better service. No pressure. No bait and switch.

Temecula Hyundai did an oil change in my car 40,000 miles ago and they did not tighten down the drain plug. Because of that the plug had fallen out of the car and my wife drove the car with no oil in it or oil pressure because of the drain plug. Had the car towed to the dealer on a weekend so they were closed and then the first weekday they were open they called to say the car is fine to come pick it up. I voiced my concern then stating they could not have properly looked at the car that quick cause you have to pull the motor apart and put it underneath the microscope to look for micro abrasions. They said it was fine. It’s been consuming more and more oil every oil change. I don’t take it back to them because of this issue. But today I took it in because I did the oil change and it was down like 2 1/2 quarts like I said it’s getting worse. So I brought it in. I talked to a service rider. Let him know the issue and that they had ran it out of oil and it’s causing more worse and worse issues. The service Rider told me I was wrong and that it couldn’t be from that because it was 40,000 miles ago. Remind you this was after I told them it’s gradually getting worse. Than the service Rider and I went back-and-forth like a couple of kindergarten nurses cause I was telling him he was wrong and he kept saying I was wrong.. then I spoke to the service manager, where I was very calm starting out told him the issue and that there’s no way they can say my car is not burning oil because they didn’t put the plug back in and I drove it without oil. They said he even said it couldn’t be that without looking and that he would agree with the service writer.. so I told him to explain to me what happens and what kind of damage can be caused from running a car without oil. He refused to tell me and this is word for a word. I do not have to tell you anything. So then I got upset stood up, opened their glass door way too hard, and it bounced off of the door stopper. I turned around and looked at him. I said I’m so sorry. I did not mean to open the door like that. I thought it was a lot heavier. I swear to God I didn’t mean to open the door like that I’m sorry.. He clinched his fist up xxxx his head to the side, like he would crack your neck, and like you could see him, biting down on his teeth with a grin on his face. You know the face and body language a lot of men do before they hit somebody. So I said, are you guys gonna look at my car or should I just take it home? It’s still under warranty. Don’t forget. He said I’m gonna have your car pulled around upfront and then he got onto the loudspeaker and you can hear the anger in his voice and he told them to pull my car upfront without helping me even though they’re the ones that didn’t put my drain plug-in properly., they’re the ones that were supposed to come and clean up the oil and never did so. I got fined by my HOA. And they’re the ones that refused to look at an issue they did knowing very well running a motor without oil can cause blow by which gets worse overtime. I also have a white Hyundai where the paints peeling off and they’re saying my car isn’t underneath the extended paint warranty even though it’s the same color with the same issues. Hyundai has the worst customer service after you buy a car. They want nothing to do with you. I spoke with the service writer and the service manager. And I was told I was wrong before they even looked at the car. And like I said, the service manager balled up his fist bit down on his teeth with a little smirk and cracked his neck by looking to like the side. That’s something somebody does when they have anger problems, and need to go to anger management. I know because I do the same thing. And I can read body language pretty well. So I’m unable to even get this resolved, even though my car is still under warranty because the employees at the Hyundai dealerships only care you’re buying a car.. it’s really sad actually. We used to be a Hyundai family.

I had an amazing purchase experience, starting with a fantastic and responsive young salesman Andrew D. His communication response time was very quick. We connected via phone and I did all the negotiating over the phone, they were able to dealer trade to get the exact vehicle my wife and I were searching for (2026 Ash Green Passport Elite). Cody the Sales Manager took the reigns to acquire the car while Andrew and I finalized our deal. I then worked with Cody for the add ons I did want, and did not have to fight about add ons I didn't want. Being part of a massive chain for Lithia Motors, I opted for the lifetime oil change since they have so many destinations in North America. Even if we move out of state, we have confidence we can utilize and take full advantage of this prepaid service. And although I whole heartedly trust Honda quality, with a new model year, and even more electronics in a vehicle, I opted for the 7yr/80k warranty, something I typically would not buy. I got a great deal on the purchase and used some of those savings to invest back into the vehicle since we plan to keep the vehicle a very long time. Cristian in finance was quick and to the point since we knew we would use Honda finance for this purchase, and we had no interest in any other offers that finaince folks may try to upsell.. Everything was seemless and all was in order for when we arived in person to pick up the vehicle. Great team at DCH Honda of Temecula. It was worth our 60 mile commute to complete this deal! I highly recommend.

Bought a car yesterday and today I'm already getting a rental because the car needs service due to the $2500 monitors that are mounted in the seats don't work. Most expensive car on their lot and it doesn't work. UPDATE: Picked up my car yesterday and op-checked it today. Still doesn't work correctly. ALSO, haven't been able to contact the manager who replied to this review. Business ethics are becoming to be questionable. Contacting a lemon law lawyer. UPDATE: October 28th today and the BRAND NEW Carnival I purchased is still in the service department. They said they need a Kia Engineer to figure out the problem. Unbelievable. 👎UPDATE: November 6th. Still no car and no answers. Dealership said they would pay my first car payment for my troubles BUT that was an absolute lie and I ended up paying it myself. I even added the photo here to show how they totally conned me into believing them and scribbled some xx on a document to shut me up. Absolutely unprofessional. UPDATE: December 9, 2025: Still dealing with xx from this dealership and they STILL HAVEN'T MADE THE PAYMENT THAT THEY PROMISED. STILL DEALING WITH A LEMON LAWYER AS WELL.

I feel taken advantage of by the 3 men who sold me my vehicle, David, Idk, and Zack. I'm a single woman with 750+ credit score who was pre-approved with my credit union, these 3 men knew that and they still hit my credit for 4 hard inquiries!! This lead to a bait and switch move that made me feel taken advantage of, like how could you, really? Everything changed in the finace room! They added LoJack, and extended warranties I TOLD them I did not want. They added a down payment to my contract! They changed the APR, my term, and all dollar amounts for my trade in! My approved loan from my credit union went from $40K at 6.4% apr for 60 months, to a $47K at 7.9% apr for 84 months with financing from VW?? Only get a car here if you feel like paying extra. As in, $10K-$20K extra. A new 2025 VW Tijuan shouldn't cost $47,200.87 in December 2025. I won't ever shut up about this. Everyone should know how this dealership operates. I understand it's a business, but you don't have to be so dirty.

5 STARS FOR THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT. Let’s start off with that. They treated us really well for 8 years with 4 cars. Great people. Now on to SALES: I was looking forward to a new RDX as I had a 2014 before, but unfortunately I was disappointed this time. Of course, inventory is tight all over. I looked at the German brands plus Lexus and Volvo. In the end, I still really liked the RDX. Unfortunately they didn’t have the trim and colors I wanted, and wouldn’t budge on price of the higher trim. At least they aren’t adding $2-3,000 of bogus “paint protection” like some dealers are. Still, BMW and Audi offered discounts for military and using their financing. So I wound up ordering a new BMW X3 M Sport, in my color preference for less money than an RDX A Spec Advance. And the X3 doesn’t have a track pad. I do believe this dealership is good most of the time for most people, they just wouldn’t work with me this time. I will miss the excellent service department staff at Acura. Please do take your car to them for service, they will treat you right.
