I love my car but the customer service I received was very poor. I felt like an option and not a customer. It sucked a lot. Bob Garcia handled everything for the most part. He would always say he would call me back and never did it was really annoying. He said I had lane switching assistance on my car and it doesn’t and there isn’t any compensation for it. Everyone else did great. Also the car was posted with a sun roof and there wasn’t a sun roof. My car didn’t even come with plates I had to ask for them. Bob is still supposed to call me back about my mirrors and still hasn’t which isn’t surprising since he does it allllllllllll the time. Like it’s the principle of him saying he will do it 20 times but the facts that he never does makes this 10 times worse. More

I will never buy a car from a different car dealership. ALL the employees were so helpful and made sure I left with the car I wanted at the price I wanted. I also had a minor issue with the radio not worki ALL the employees were so helpful and made sure I left with the car I wanted at the price I wanted. I also had a minor issue with the radio not working and did not realize it until I got home. HOWEVER, they took care of it the very next day with no problem. I highly recommend. More

I am a divorced mom of 3 children. I was having issues with my truck and was stressed with having to purchase a new vehicle. I was headed to Kia in Rivergate to try and purchase a truck I didn’t even want with my truck and was stressed with having to purchase a new vehicle. I was headed to Kia in Rivergate to try and purchase a truck I didn’t even want.. and I happen to drive by Carsmart. I immediately saw the car of my dreams ! Everyone was helpful and professional. I was so glad that even though I was a single lady.. I didn’t feel taken or forced to purchase something I didn’t really want. I am extremely happy with my experience at Carsmart! More

We had a great experience at CarSmart. Shawn was our salesman the time we arrived to the time we pulled out of the lot! We purchased a 2018 Ram Bighorn at a very fair price with an added bonus of new ru salesman the time we arrived to the time we pulled out of the lot! Great experience and I would absolutely shop here again! I found CarSmart.net after countless hours of hunting for a gently used Ram Truck. I was so frustrated with the other dealers I had been working with I found CarSmart.net after countless hours of hunting for a gently used Ram Truck. I was so frustrated with the other dealers I had been working with and was about to start searching out of state when I found what I was looking for on their website. I was skeptical on the drive over, and imagined that I would probably run into the same issue I had at other dealers where the internet price was contingent on belonging to half a dozen different organizations and financing through their bank at a higher rate. I could not have been more wrong. I got to visit their service bay where they were putting new tires and brakes on the truck and their shop was immaculate. The staff was highly professional, and there were no strings attached to the price of the truck. I drove out of there wishing it was the first dealer I had visited. Two weeks later and I have no regrets. If your looking for a vehicle make CarSmart.net your first stop. More
