We could not find a car that ran well and was in decent shape for the price he could pay. Like many parents, I had made a deal with my son. I would match his savings for his first car. William saved for a year working hard on weekends while maintaining his schoolwork. He was very excited to get a car but he didn't want to settle. I kept telling him we needed to find the proverbial Old Cruising car. An older car with low mileage that was still in excellent shape. Fortunately we decided to stop by CarSmart on a whim. The cars in their lot looked so nice I told William it was unlikely they had anything in his price range but we would give it a shot. Tim Pardue met us on the lot and we told him what we were looking for and our price range. Low and behold a 1995 Ford Mustang Convertible was waiting. It was love at first sight. The car had not been on the site long and still needed to go through the inspection and clean up. They promised it would be in great working order the next day. Tim Pardue and Ryan Duncan were as good as their word. When we came back the next day, they had cleaned the car up, buffed it out, and made it look like new. They even painted over a few dings in the paint job, cleaned the engine and shined the tires. The car was beautiful. My son loved it. We took it home that night and discovered a problem with the passenger side window. CarSmart went above and beyond and fixed that as well. I can't say enough good things about Adam and the crew at the CarCare center. Those guys are experts in their field and will shoot you straight. Tim and Ryan were great to work with. The purchasing experience was fast and easy. There was no pressure or hidden fees. I highly recommend CarSmart to anyone looking to buy or trade. Give Tim Pardue a call.
