I purchased my sons first car at Carsmart in Hendersville, TN. The staff was wonderful and made our purchasing experience really easy and stress free. We were only in town for the day and we were really just window shopping to kill time. We test drove a jeep, loved it, did the paperwork, and got back on the road within an hour! We made the trip to back to Alabama and the very next day we had to have the jeep towed because of a mechanical problem with the gear shift.. I called my salesman and unfortunately it wasn't covered under the warranty that I purchased. To my complete surprise, they took care of the bill over the phone. I WAS SHOCKED! VERY. HAPPY. CUSTOMER! They did what was right and that's hard to come by these days! THANK YOU CARSMART!! More

Our experience through the looking and purchasing process was great. Once we bought the car, the customer service and performance was not very good. We bought the car on Saturday and brought it back Tuesday was great. Once we bought the car, the customer service and performance was not very good. We bought the car on Saturday and brought it back Tuesday to have a few alterations/repairs done. We had a total of 4 items to be completed (all documented by the salesperson) and when we got the car back Tuesday evening only 1 of the 4 items was completed. We brought the car back two days later and had the other 3 items completed. During the purchase process we made arrangements to have our tags switched over from our previous vehicle. The salesperson said the company would take care of the paperwork and we would receive our registration in the mail. At least two weeks after we purchased the car a lady from the company's office called us and asked if we had our emissions tested yet. I told her we told the salesperson we were carrying the plates over from our other vehicle and that we weren't getting new tags. She then continued to have me go get our plate numbers so she could process the paperwork to get our registration. The salesperson had wrote down our plate number on the day we purchased the car and then put the plate on the car for us. She should have had all this documentation already. There seems to be a lack of communication between the sales team, detail/repairs team, and office processing team. Again, our sales experience was great but the ball got dropped after we purchased the car. I would still recommend this company to my friends because the sales team was nice, the price was good, and so far we've not had any problems with the car (we've only had it a month). I would recommend working on the customer service after the sale and make sure that the other parties involved are aware of the details. More

I stopped in at Car Smart with a friend who lives in Hendersonville just to kill time before dinner. I had always wanted a Cadillac Escalade but thought I just couldn't afford one in this economy.
