We found the vehicle we were seeking and Walter was very helpful with arrangements of our first entre' into lease program versus purchase. We took delivery the same day and had a bit of a wait while our vehicle options were added. Walter ensured our comfort and kept checking on progress to ensure no wasted time. We received our vehicle and Walter gave us a good overview of the vehicle. I even remembered that Walter customized an openining screen on the vehicle congratulating us. He helped sycronize my wifes phone which I thought went over and above. A great experience and we will return and have recommended Cardinal and Walter to others. More

I told him I kind of wanted a pale blue car this time around, and he told me the new cars didn't come in a light blue color, but a more deeper blue. Then he let me test drive a beautiful "leased" car, which just happened to be a light "metalic" color. From the time I sat in the car, I fell in love with it. It had all the bells and whistles I really wasn't looing for, but they were there. After giving it considerable thought, we discussed price and it was right in my price range. For our latest purchase Elvis introduced us to Walter. Walter worked with us asking many questions as to our newest car needs and showing us the Honda products. During the test drives both the wife and myself became very comfortable with Walter’s knowledge of the cars and how each car could benefit our current needs. When we picked up the car he was very helpful showing us how to enable some of the new technology and features. Being new to buying a new (used) car, I needed extra care and guidance with this process. Scott gracefully walked me through the loan process and car features to ensure I understood what this great purchase entailed. He was extremely helpful and friendly when answering any question I had. I never felt pressured by Scott to commit to the car, as most people do when they visit other dealerships. Throughout the next 3 years of owning this car, every time I brought it in for oil changes, Scott took the time out of his day to chat with me about how I am doing in school, with work, and always asked about the well being of my dog and Mother. I found it very humble of him to remember such details of me, being I am just one of many costumers. This past year I returned to Cardinal Honda to purchase a newer Civic, of course I asked for Scotts assistance. He was just as helpful to me as he was during my first experience.
