The appointment to service my car was easy and the girl that set it up was nice. When i arrived, i didnt have to wait, nick was there to greet me. I was very impressed with the service department compared to another local Mazda dealer. I took it to Cardinale Way because it was very close to home and...frankly, the coupons I received in the mail helped to another local Mazda dealer. I took it to Cardinale Way because it was very close to home and...frankly, the coupons I received in the mail helped get me in the door! (I was able to use one, so that was great.) Back in July 2013, I had some routine service done on my 2012 Mazda 3 - oil change, transmission flush, etc. There was also an issue with noise while turning in the front right wheel well. Turns out it was a torn wheel well liner - they had the part in stock and were able to fix it at the same time they were doing service. Steve was awesome - super helpful & kept in touch with me (I had left my car there to run errands). Not sure what a "5" for service/parts price would be, as I wouldn't know where to begin to price out a wheel well liner but the price wasn't unreasonable so I had them fix it that day. There were no surprises and everyone was helpful and professional. I'm due for more service soon and I'll be taking it in again to Cardinale Way Mazda! More
I took my car in for some warranty items and everything was taken care and even a recall item that I didn't even know about was done. Nick is always very nice and so happy! I did not have an appointment as my battery was dead, and the need was last minute. Steve indicated this was a non issue and he would be pleased to assist. I called ahead to see if they had the car available that I was interested in test driving. It was ready and waiting when I arrived at the dealership! They took time to help me explore all the gadgets before I drove it and showed me all the cool features. Chris was very personable and made me feel very comfortable during the test drive. We had a great conversation, and it didn't involve him pressuring me about the car. He gave me honest answers to my questions and gave me some time alone to show the car to my husband. When it came to see if Mazda could give us a deal that was acceptable to us, Chris and Thomas Michael were very nice about the whole process. Everyone was very pleasant and cheerful towards me and my family. Chris did a great job of conversing with my son which always means a lot to me as a mother. More

Most people hate the thought of going to a dealership and having to wait on a their car. Well not me. I am treated so well everytime I come here, so I don't mind the wait. James Bunting and Wayne De Leo were great. I wasn't sure which Mazda I wanted and they were quite happy to show me all of the possibilities. They never hurried me to make a decision.
