I don't feel comfortable giving a phone number or my full name. However, I had my Mazda6 serviced on 4/22/14... a 45K mile check up and my first name is Kevin. The service was done by Nick, who I absolutely love, at Cardinale Way between 1 pm and 3 pm. That should be enough to locate me. Thank you, thank you, for accommodating my request.
