*May 2017* They forgot to contact me when my order for parts arrived and this was critical due to a recall. They also did a car wash without my knowledge that was a machine and damaged my vehicle. The tec parts arrived and this was critical due to a recall. They also did a car wash without my knowledge that was a machine and damaged my vehicle. The tech found my part of my car in the machine and they did not offer to repair the damage or even check the car after they did the recall repair. The tech says its common practice that they never check anything on the car before and after when they do recall repairs. *May 2022* I came back due to a critical recall again, I was greeted by the same service advisor (I should of known) with "oh I was going to contact you that the parts were not here". Luckly a few days prior I confirmed to have the parts for recall instead of wasting my time and gas. So instead he wasted my time again on re verifiyng my parts and should of contacted me prior instead of wasting gas. The same advisor did not apologize for his error on the parts verification, and when I came to pick up the car I was greeted with "Hey there trouble". Clearly the dealership has no respect to customers and the service they provide. I thought it was funny that the advisor said they had a video for my car pick up (was strange) for me to watch to verify pick up prior to pick up (this validates prior review). This tells me that they store information on customers and put comments about them and instead of correcting their prior opportunities the service advisors instead make jokes and call names to customers. As a fellow service manager I know this as practice cause my company stores information on how guests act as well but use that information to make experiences better over the pass several years (we store 7 years of data). This dealership needs to learn from the mistakes and opportunities and correct it... clearly the years have not done well with the dealership here. I am very happy that I have decided to end my 20 year relationship with Mazda here of owning Mazdas by trading in my Mazda for a new BMW (next time choose a different Mazda Dealership). Atleast at the BMW dealership Im greeted with respect and by name.... I hope people see this and avoid this place (I appreciate my 1.4 million views of my pictures to have a following to see this) More

Cardinaleway Mazda has sold me and my family on 4 separate occasions, both new and used cars. The staff is friendly, straight-forward, fair and honest. They listen and work to understand your needs and then work with you. Darlene was great to work with, and the Finance Manager made signing paperwork entertaining and easy. Their sales, service, and cars are the best! I recommend Cardinaleway for anyone looking for a great deal on a great car, new or used. They’re the best! More
