The service department did not have record of it, but when I went to Rich he found the record and gave it to Nick. Nick quickly changed the invoice and I was out the door with a clean vehicle. Robert is awesome! We asked him on Facebook if he had seen any Chrysler Crossfires around, and within days he called us to come and take a look at one. It was exactly what we were looking for, the Roadst seen any Chrysler Crossfires around, and within days he called us to come and take a look at one. It was exactly what we were looking for, the Roadster with an Automatic! He had our Jaguar (that we also bought here from Robert) detailed while we were finalizing the deal on the Crossfire. Robert always goes way beyond our expectations, and even helped transport the car home for us. It's very rare these days to meet someone with the caliber of personality Robert has, and we consider him a good friend. He continues to stay in touch through notes and a call once in a while, asking about the new car. We both could not be more pleased with the level of service and commitment Robert has, and he will be the first person we call when we need another car. I visit a car dealership about once a decade to buy a car. In this case, however, my concerns were unfounded. Cardinale Way Mazda in Mesa made me feel at ease, explained everything in detail, and Ron Moran and Sean Spiker set me up with an exceptional vehicle in the pre-owned CX-9 Grand Touring that I ended up buying. If you're like me, in that you'd rather have a root canal than visit a car dealership, take heart. You'll have a great experience at the friendly and comfortable dealership that Cardinale Way Mazda in Mesa is, and they'll set you up with a good deal on the car that you need. When my 1997 vintage second car finally gives up the ghost, I know where I'll be going for a replacement. More

I took in my 2002 Tribute for recall repair and met Tyrone while waiting. I planned to buy in a few months but ended up leaving that day with a 2014 CX5. Tyrone piqued my interest and Brian showed me Tyrone while waiting. I planned to buy in a few months but ended up leaving that day with a 2014 CX5. Tyrone piqued my interest and Brian showed me the wisdom of not putting more money in my 2 2002 vehicles while waiting to purchase in 6-7 months. They also moved me from buying another Miata to the CX5 because of how many miles I drive for work - 25,000/year. When the Tribute repair was finished I was told another $2000 in repairs would be needed soon. That was it - I traded in the Miata & Tribute and took home my new CX5! Going they purchase process was clear and every possible question was answered. A female buying a car is sometimes treated like we don't know what we're doing and leave feeling like we've been taken advantage of. This was not the case with Brian or Tyrone. I also left with Brian's card in my car, in my purse and in my auto manual with assurances that I could and should call him anytime! I believe him! It was a great experience. More
Took our new car in for the first scheduled service. Nick took great care of everything we needed for the first oil change, etc, including recommending someone to use for a cracked windshield. Nick was extremely pleasant to work with. He was right on top of taking care of the problems with the high-mileage vehicle that was otherwise in excellent shape. When we picked the vehicle up, it was washed and waiting under the canopy just outside the service department door. It was a very hot Arizona day so he started the engine and cranked the A/C on just minutes before we took the wheel to leave the dealership. It was a pleasure doing business with Nick because he was friendly and very personable and kept me in the loop so to speak. We are confident our Mazda Tribute will be good for many more reliable miles. More

He personally owns the same car I was looking at, and had tons of information. Wayne Deleo was also very helpful and had a lot of information about the other type of car I was looking at. After talking over every detail of the CX-5, and working with me on the price, I ended up buying the car. We bought a beautiful new Mazda CX-5 from Dizzy last summer & had a GREAT experience (even in the sweltering heat!), so when my husband's Volvo reached the end of its life span this month, we knew to ke summer & had a GREAT experience (even in the sweltering heat!), so when my husband's Volvo reached the end of its life span this month, we knew to keep them in our sights. We did a ton of research just like last time, visited multiple dealerships in the valley, test drove everything in our budget & ended up right back here (again, in the sweltering heat!)...When all was said & done, they offered us the best car for the best value & we just knew it was the right decision. We tell everyone who's in the market how much we love this dealership & especially our man Dizzy! He is the perfect mix of goofball & incredibly educated, well-versed salesman...a total pleasure to work with. Tyrone was also SO helpful with our test drives & filling us in on all the new features. He checked in in us numerous times throughout the day & was genuinely happy for us when we struck "the deal." :) It's also worth noting that not 2 weeks after buying my husband's new Mazda 3, we referred my co-worker to them & she & her husband ended up buying TWO new Mazda 3 Hatchbacks from Dizzy, day-of! That's a real testament to their fairness, affordability, large inventory & unmatched quality of service. They are definitely the best dealership we've ever been to & because of that, they've gained the loyalty of this majorly stubborn, obnoxiously picky couple!
