Took our new car in for the first scheduled service. Nick took great care of everything we needed for the first oil change, etc, including recommending someone to use for a cracked windshield. Nick was extremely pleasant to work with. He was right on top of taking care of the problems with the high-mileage vehicle that was otherwise in excellent shape. He was very prompt in keeping me informed about what needed to be done and about how much it would cost. There were no surprises. When we picked the vehicle up, it was washed and waiting under the canopy just outside the service department door. It was a very hot Arizona day so he started the engine and cranked the A/C on just minutes before we took the wheel to leave the dealership. It was a pleasure doing business with Nick because he was friendly and very personable and kept me in the loop so to speak. We are confident our Mazda Tribute will be good for many more reliable miles. More

He personally owns the same car I was looking at, and had tons of information. Wayne Deleo was also very helpful and had a lot of information about the other type of car I was looking at. After talking over every detail of the CX-5, and working with me on the price, I ended up buying the car. We bought a beautiful new Mazda CX-5 from Dizzy last summer & had a GREAT experience (even in the sweltering heat!), so when my husband's Volvo reached the end of its life span this month, we knew to ke summer & had a GREAT experience (even in the sweltering heat!), so when my husband's Volvo reached the end of its life span this month, we knew to keep them in our sights. We did a ton of research just like last time, visited multiple dealerships in the valley, test drove everything in our budget & ended up right back here (again, in the sweltering heat!)...When all was said & done, they offered us the best car for the best value & we just knew it was the right decision. We tell everyone who's in the market how much we love this dealership & especially our man Dizzy! He is the perfect mix of goofball & incredibly educated, well-versed salesman...a total pleasure to work with. Tyrone was also SO helpful with our test drives & filling us in on all the new features. He checked in in us numerous times throughout the day & was genuinely happy for us when we struck "the deal." :) It's also worth noting that not 2 weeks after buying my husband's new Mazda 3, we referred my co-worker to them & she & her husband ended up buying TWO new Mazda 3 Hatchbacks from Dizzy, day-of! That's a real testament to their fairness, affordability, large inventory & unmatched quality of service. They are definitely the best dealership we've ever been to & because of that, they've gained the loyalty of this majorly stubborn, obnoxiously picky couple! Nick was great. I made an appointment and he had the paperwork ready to go and the service was done fast. I had just got my windshield replaced somewhere else and he made sure that they did not wash th paperwork ready to go and the service was done fast. I had just got my windshield replaced somewhere else and he made sure that they did not wash the car and told me to just bring it back because he owed me a car wash. I like their service dept.
