The service department accepted my car right away even though I was early. The time and cost of the service was less than what was quoted, that made me happy as I had two of my grandchildren with me that though I was early. I had looked online before I walked into Cardinale Way Mazda. I saw another Mazda dealer that was closer to my house but the customer reviews were absolutely and consistantly horrible, for page after pag Mazda. I saw another Mazda dealer that was closer to my house but the customer reviews were absolutely and consistantly horrible, for page after page, with specific sales and mechanics named. But it was the complete opposite with Cardinale Way, the reviews were all wonderful, so I drove a little bit farther and I was not disappointed. Dan was incredibly friendly from the very start. I visited on a very windy and rainy day, he made sure to bring the vehicles under the covered work areas for me, he kept me indoors as much as possible, and he assured me that they would find a way to get me into the car I desired, even though my credit was less than perfect. I was introduced to several other employees including the sales manager Wayne DeLeo, and ultimately Wayne got the loan with the interest and monthly payment that I wanted. There wasn't a high pressure sale, they were very honest and cheerful, and helpful as well. I felt like Dan was a friend by the time I walked out of the dealership with my 2014 Mazda CX 6. I love my car, my husband loves my car, and my kids love my car! Thank you Cardinale Way Mazda for doing what you do! More

I scheduled a regular service and also had an issue with my radio. As usual, it was all taken care of quickly and completely. Nick is very accomodating and a pleasure to work with. Chris Johnson went beyond getting me everything I wanted in a car and much more for an amazing price. Words can not describe how good of a job Chris did! Every question I asked, he was very knowledgeable and up front about it. He never tried to "sugar coat it". If I could give Chris and this dealership a higher rating I would in a heartbeat! More
I have been taking my cars to Nick and the repair crew for 6 or so years now. Today I need an oil change, new wiper blades, and a tire rotation. I bought my Tribute used about 3 years ago. Nick took my ca for 6 or so years now. Today I need an oil change, new wiper blades, and a tire rotation. I bought my Tribute used about 3 years ago. Nick took my car right in, the crew started working on it right away. I told Nick I was heading for Missouri in a week. Nick came in a little later and told me that my tires were separating and had dry rot. The chances of me having a blowout would have been extremely likely. So I am bringing my car back next week for new tires. When I got my tribute back, it was all washed and looked great. I don't know the name of the guys that worked on my car. But they do a great job, and get me in and out. Nick is very nice and explains everything that needs to be done. Today he went up and beyond in making sure I would have a safe auto for my trip. I originally went in for my vehicle to be assessed in the service area. Steve Ross was very helpful. Unfortunately, my 1999 vehicle had too many issues to be worth being fixed. Stephanie Ross set me up wit service area. Steve Ross was very helpful. Unfortunately, my 1999 vehicle had too many issues to be worth being fixed. Stephanie Ross set me up with Brian Soncrant to work on finding a vehicle for me, either used or new. I had a bankruptcy approx 2 years ago and was still having problems being approved for credit. The team worked hard to get me a decent interest rate for my credit score. Brian was very patient and helped me find a vehicle that would work for me. Wayne De Leo was a big part of working out my financing and even helping me with GAP & the extended warranty. Sean, in finance, was very nice and walked me through the financial aspect and all the paperwork so that I understood each form. I am very impressed with Cardinale Way Mazda of Mesa. Buying a car is rarely a good experience and being that I was in a vulnerable state since I didn't have a vehicle to leave the dealership in on my own, they could have taken advantage of that but they did not.
