My experience started with a guarantee from the salesman in writing, supposedly backed by his sales manager of a final price prior to going into the dealership. This was my second purchase from this dealers in writing, supposedly backed by his sales manager of a final price prior to going into the dealership. This was my second purchase from this dealership within 1 yr. Continually throughout the process of pre-paperwork before seeing the fiance person I was repeatedly assured of my price, monthly payments and length of contract. What they don't let you see in the pre-paperwork is the work sheet that finance will be using to submit your contract. After several hours I am finally in the finance office. What a SURPRISE!!! Not even close! They have signs throughout their dealership reading "NO LIE ZONE"! Don't believe it for a second. Ater several more hours a compromise had been reached. Then my brand new car had a gouge in the back fender, thru the paint. After bringing the car in 3 days in a row (yes they gave me a loaner, but what a hassle) they still did not have the car corrected. Oh yes, I called ahead each time to make sure it was ready. On the 3rd try they said they would have to have the car for an add'l 4 days!!! Did the manager offer to see if they had my color, etc at their Peoria dealership....NO. I suggested it and there it was but I had to wait an add'l day for delivery of my car, with add'l required paperwork to change the vin #. I asked the mngr for compensation in the way of future oil changes. He would have to talk to the GM. No answer. I've called the mngr but it seems I don't exist any longer. And you know, that's OK. I will do business else where, which obviously I should have done for the purchase. More
My husband and I went to the dealership to look at the new Mazda's. We currently owned a Mazda 3 4 door hatchback and it was time to trade it in. We were greeted by Brian Soncrant and he was a pleasant new Mazda's. We currently owned a Mazda 3 4 door hatchback and it was time to trade it in. We were greeted by Brian Soncrant and he was a pleasant man to work with. He was very informative on the cars in which we were interested in. We could not decide on the hatch back or the sedan so they let us take the hatch back home for the night to help decide. We went back the next evening and the process started. Like any dealership you haggle but it was fun at this place. They listened to what we were saying and what we needed to happen for us to get into the new car. The price was GREAT for us. The monthly payments are what we can afford and they made it possible!!!! They also went out of their way to get the deal done so we could drive our new car home that night. They were suppose to close at 9 PM and we did not get out of there until 11:30!!! So I Thank all of them for staying to get the paperwork done:) All of the people we met were informative and fun people to be around which made the buying process more pleasant. Because we all know that buying a car can give you a BIG headache. LOL So Thank You again guys. We love our new car!! More

As soon as I walked into the dealership, Matt wanted to help me get the car I wanted. We first took my Mazda on a test drive and at the time I was unsure if the car was right for me. Matt kept calling, hoping he could convince me that the Mazda was the right car for me. He was able to make a deal and give me a great rate, right around my monthly budget for a brand new Mazda 3. The service was fantastic and with all of my questions and concerns, I felt like Wayne and the rest of the crew at the dealership wanted to take care of me and they now have a Mazda lover for life. Chris Hansen and his team went out of thier way to make my car buying experience as easy as possible. They all treated me with honesty, respect and dignity. This is saying alot considering no other deale my car buying experience as easy as possible. They all treated me with honesty, respect and dignity. This is saying alot considering no other dealer I had tried would even give me a second glance because my credit isn't the greatest. Also, I am a single mom, which in some peoples's eyes makes me an easy target to take advantage of. It was extremely refreshing to find that thier are still some "ggod guys" out there that truly care. I would recommend Cardinale Mazda to anyone. Keep up the good work and thank you again!! More

My Son's '99 Mazda 626LX suffered an on the road failure. I called Steve Ross, because he worked with us on this car before, and we had Very Favorably results with Steve, and car with that visit. So we got the car towed into Cardinale Mazda Service Dept, and Steve kept us completely Up-To-Date. We were made aware of everything, good or bad. The problem for us was that the BAD, would ended-up costing us more then the car was worth. The Transmission was a total loss. After that, the decision to sell the car for parts or whatever was the only way to go. Going this route, Steve was VERY HELPFUL in finding a buyer. Steve was True to His Word, and he worked with us to help keep the cost down. We really do appreciate Steve as our Service Rep.. I keep his phone number handy. More

The sales staff was absolutely wonderful to work with during the purchases. They were helpful, honest and friendly working with us to obtain the best financing and terms on the autos we wanted. Since purchase, each time either of us has taken our vehicle for routine service, the entire staff has been helpful and friendly. Nick always makes sure you know up front what services are recommended for your current mileage and the cost. We have yet to encounter a time when the cost exceeded the estimate and they always finish the service by the time they say they will or even a bit early. I will be a customer for life. More
