Chris Hansen and his team went out of thier way to make my car buying experience as easy as possible. They all treated me with honesty, respect and dignity. This is saying alot considering no other deale my car buying experience as easy as possible. They all treated me with honesty, respect and dignity. This is saying alot considering no other dealer I had tried would even give me a second glance because my credit isn't the greatest. Also, I am a single mom, which in some peoples's eyes makes me an easy target to take advantage of. My Son's '99 Mazda 626LX suffered an on the road failure. I called Steve Ross, because he worked with us on this car before, and we had Very Favorably results with Steve, and car with that visit. So we got the car towed into Cardinale Mazda Service Dept, and Steve kept us completely Up-To-Date. We were made aware of everything, good or bad. The problem for us was that the BAD, would ended-up costing us more then the car was worth. The Transmission was a total loss. After that, the decision to sell the car for parts or whatever was the only way to go. Going this route, Steve was VERY HELPFUL in finding a buyer. Steve was True to His Word, and he worked with us to help keep the cost down. We really do appreciate Steve as our Service Rep.. I keep his phone number handy. More
My overall experience was awesome! Nick is a very funny, full of information and a good Christian man! I would definitely recommend this dealership. Both my daughter and I have Mazdas purchased from them and the experience has been great from the beginning. The sales staff was absolutely wonderful to work with during the purchases. They were helpful, honest and friendly working with us to obtain the best financing and terms on the autos we wanted. Since purchase, each time either of us has taken our vehicle for routine service, the entire staff has been helpful and friendly. Nick always makes sure you know up front what services are recommended for your current mileage and the cost. We have yet to encounter a time when the cost exceeded the estimate and they always finish the service by the time they say they will or even a bit early. I will be a customer for life. More

I just purchased a CX-5 for CardinaleWay tonight. Chris Hansen provided very awesome customer service. We settled on a out-the-door price prior to arriving and it remained the same once we arrived. I went to the dealership looking for one car and ended up buying two. I was able to get the amount I wanted for my trade-in that my wife and I were looking for and were able to work out a deal to buy two new buying two. I was able to get the amount I wanted for my trade-in that my wife and I were looking for and were able to work out a deal to buy two new vehicles from Brian Soncrant, John Richardson, and Todd Douthie. They treated us with great respect and made sure we had the payments around the budget we allotted. Not only were they able to meet our budget but were able to beat it by over $100 per month. We were excited because this allowed us to buy two vehicles instead of one. We advised them that we had two vehicles that were out of warranty and needed dependable vehicles for my wife and I, especially since we had a baby that had spent his first 10 days of his life in the NICU. They were sincere throughout the whole process and made sure they were able to meet and exceed all of our expectations so that we could afford to buy two new vehicles. The staff at CardinaleWay Mazda in Mesa, AZ also spent the time to program all our phone books into the GPS system in the cars and show us how every feature in the car functioned. They did not rush us through the process and made us feel comfortable and sound about the decision to buy two vehicles. They offered us every discount available and and explored every option possible to make sure we had a win-win situation. In the end, my wife and I are extremely happy with the purchase of a 2012 Mazda 3 and 2013 Mazda CX5. I would highly recommend this dealership and the personnel we worked with to anyone.
