My wife took my Mazda 6 in for an oil change and tire rotation.Car is a 2012 and this was the first oil change.Part of the purchase agreement was 4 FREE oil changes. Our experience with Nick Santarsiero at Cardinale Way was very pleasant. We live in Sedona, Arizona and we were in the Phoenix area and we had not set up an appointment to have our 5,000 mile check-up but w very pleasant. We live in Sedona, Arizona and we were in the Phoenix area and we had not set up an appointment to have our 5,000 mile check-up but we decided to call Cardinale Way and see if they could squeeze us in and Nick did. They serviced our car very quickly including a car wash in an hour. They have a great waiting area, it is very clean and comfortable with a large screen TV and lots of vending machines, so our waiting was not tedious. The staff is very friendly, courteous, and accommodating. Oh, and the price for servicing our car was so reasonable that we know we will continue to drive to Phoenix to get it serviced with them. More

Outstanding! Nick is a First Class Service Advisor. He is friendly, courteous, knowledgable. I drive 45 minutes from North Scottsdale for this guy to take care of my Yukon XL. He is uniformly outstandin is friendly, courteous, knowledgable. I drive 45 minutes from North Scottsdale for this guy to take care of my Yukon XL. He is uniformly outstanding. The service on the vehicle is outstanding. It is a 2001 with 155,000 miles and, thanks to Nick, like a new Yukon. The personal experience is outstanding. I went to Mazda back in April and purchased a 2006 Volkswagen Passat, I purchased the vehicle because I was in need of a vehicle. After I left the dealership the check engine light came on and my ligh Volkswagen Passat, I purchased the vehicle because I was in need of a vehicle. After I left the dealership the check engine light came on and my lights inside the vehicle stopped working. The a/c was not blowing cold air and my windows were not rolling up & down properly. I was not satisfied with the purchase, especially after I found the vehicle I purchased was only worth $8200, I was really disappointed. On July 12, I received a call from a Mazda sales associate who wanted to follow up on my purchased & I explained to him the issues I had with the vehicle & how upset I was at the entire situation. JC asked if I wanted to come in & look at other vehicles in possibly another vehicle. I went in on July 14, to look at other vehicles. After tons of negotiation I finally was able to get the car of my dreams, I purchased a 2012 Mazda 6 that I am in love with. Not only am I satisfied with the great customer service service (& friendly service), but with my brand new car & not to mention my APR dropped tremendously. Thank you Mazda!!!! I also want to thank Dominic Espinoza & JC Flores for making this happen, you made me a happy customer. More
