We have a Mazda CX9. We have the oil changed at this location. We have worked with Nick when it comes to repairs for this car. Nick has always gone beyond great customer service. Everyone is cordial and not pushy - a definite plus when it comes to purchasing a vehicle. We've had Mazdas in our family for the past 28 years - and plan on keeping with this tradition. I think a Mazda5 will be in our future to replace the aging Chevy Tahoe. More
I have used Cardinale Way Mazda as my exclusive servicing agent for my Mazda 6 Wagon. For most of my service visits, Nick Santarsiero has been the service representative that I've dealt with. Nick has always been the perfect person to discuss my car's needs. He's knowledgeable, friendly, and very professional. I have grown to trust his judgement, his recommendations are exactly what is needed at the time that he recommends them. I've never thought that he was attempting to "sell me a service" that my car did not need. He has worked with me, and my schedule to make things easy. His friendliness, is a welcome change from the indifference I've encountered at other dealerships in the past. I feel like he is a friend. That his recommendations are what he thinks are truly best for the reliability and safety of my car. When something arises, he's quick to point it out, offering me his suggestions as to the severity, and need for the repair or replacement. He's willing to do more than, is probably his charge. An upcoming repair will require dealing with the insurance company, and he has offered to handle it all. The price for service, is very competitive. Especially, with the free oil change policy, I will continue to use Cardinale Way Mazda for my service needs. Between the care and consideration that Nick offers, and the excellent service that the service department provides, I see no reason to look elsewhere. More

I love this dealership and the people here. I called Nick to set up an appointment and he was friendly as always! I arrived at my appointment and he was all ready for me. I feel like a celebrity every time I come to Cardinale Way Mazda, because they treat me so well. These people actually genuinely care about you and your car. I bought a new Mazda Miata in 2008 from CardinaleWay and was EXTREMELY pleased with them. I just traded it in for a 2012 Madza3 SkyActiv. My salesman was Dan Priedigkeit. Dan was one of, if not, the BEST ca was EXTREMELY pleased with them. I just traded it in for a 2012 Madza3 SkyActiv. My salesman was Dan Priedigkeit. Dan was one of, if not, the BEST car salesman I've ever worked with! I also worked with the Used Car sales department the day before I purchased the new Mazda3 and was treated exceptionally well by everyone. I never felt pressured and was treated with respect. Dan worked hard on my behalf and made the numbers work. My experiences with CardinaleWay have always been EXCELLENT! I will definitely buy from CardinaleWay again. More
