Since you closed your Scottsdale office we now drive over 30 miles so we can have Nick service us. He has always had a positive, friendly & helpful manner when dealing with us or our car problems. He located a rear hatch door pull for me today but it wasn't his fault that the local GMC dealer couldn't get it to us in time before I had to leave having completed my oil change & car wash in record time. He did tell me what to ask for & it's cost so I can locate it at my local dealer. We even chatted about our kids & also about the snakes he raises--hadn't known about that before. He has definitely built a relationship with us that will probably go on as long as my Rendezvous holds out--hopefully another 5 yrs--or until I buy another Cardinale product. More

I have bought four different cars from these guys over the last few years and they have always been a pleasure to do business with. Both John Richardson and John Wagner have gone above and beyond. For instance; we just bought a car by trade and after the deal was completely done and I was walking off the lot with my new car I saw my old car with roof rack still on it. I had completely forgotten about it! I immediately walked back inside the dealership and sheepishly asked John Wagner if I could have the rack. This was way after the deal was done, he had every legal right to keep it. Not only did he let me have it, but he told me to come into the store the next morning and he would have the service guys put it on for me. That is great customer service!!! I recommend Cardinale Way to anybody without hesitation!!! More

I went into CardinaleWay Mazda at first because I saw a used car they had online that I was interested in. When I pulled into the dealership I was immediately greeted in the most friendly manner. The salesman I work with, John Wagner, drew me away from any of the used cars and walked me over then a new car I was also interested in, a Mazda3 Hatchback. He allowed me to test drive the car and I immediately knew that I finanlly found a car. John was able to fit everything into the budget I had and it was with a car I've wanted for a while now. He also allowed me to take it home and sleep on it since I was a first time buyer and this was a huge deal for me. I've dealt with a lot of dealerships and a lot of sales man but none of them have been as friendly, laid back, and professional as John. He went above and beyond any and all expectations I had. I plan on going back to CardinaleWay for my next car and will deal with John again. I highly recommend CardinaleWay Mazda for anyone looking for a car. I called Chris Hansen regarding a vehicle featured on their website on a Friday evening. Chris arranged to meet and test drive the vehicle that very evening. I brought our van in for repairs and Nick was able to accommodate me at the last minute. I don't have any transportation home but Nick was able to get the repairs pushed through so I didn't have to wait accommodate me at the last minute.
