I bought my 2011 Mazda3 hatchback from Cardinale Way a year ago. And couldnt have asked for a better service team! They always do a great job! They are fast and friendly!! This is actually the second car I have purchased from Cardinale Way and I have been very satisfied with both experiences. I knew Daniel from visiting the bank I work at, so I stopped by when it was time to upgrade our vehicle. I was able to come to him with exactly the needs we required and let him know the price we were l stopped by when it was time to upgrade our vehicle. I was able to come to him with exactly the needs we required and let him know the price we were looking to spend. We ended up with a 2012 Mazda 5 for less than what we were paying for our other vehicle which was a shock! We were very pleased with the customer service he provided and not having to deal with the usual car dealership hassle that happens at most other places. ALL I CAN SAY IS WOW! This was the best car buying experience that my family has EVER had... I usually despise buying cars and I always dread going to dealerships and have been transformed as a Cardin experience that my family has EVER had... I usually despise buying cars and I always dread going to dealerships and have been transformed as a Cardinale Way Mazda fan. We went to only browse and were greeted warmly by Dizzy and he was very knowledgeable and informative. We already knew factual information about Mazda 3'sand the product,but as a marketing manager, I like to mentally critique other individuals. He knew everything that we knew and more. He was patient with our questions and laid out all the options for us thoroughly and efficiently. Because of him and his manager, Johnny Richardson, we purchased a brand new car that day and they exceeded our expectations in all aspects of the buying process. Robert "Dizzy" explained each step of the process and even set up my bluetooth and radio settings to THE EXACT SAME AS MY OLD CAR I TRADED IN!!! The whole buying process was painless and they even made it fun making us laugh the whole way through. Even the finance manager, Todd was great, thoroughly explaining the warranty and paperwork. I'm going to recommend Cardinale Way, Dizzy and Johnny to all of my friends and family Special thanks to transforming our family into Mazda Lovers!! More
I used to sell cars. When the time came for my family to purchase a vehicle, my wife stayed home, knowing the process would be a hassle. I drove into the dealership prepared for battle. What I found at Cardinale Way was much different than any other dealership in the valley, including the two that I previously worked at. I was met by our salesman Damon. He was interested in what our needs were as a family. As we walked the lot, Brian McFadden the used car manager walked out and introduced himself. He also took an interest in what our needs were as a family. Because my wife was not with me, Brian allowed me to take the car to her. She had the opportunity to look the car over without the pressure of a salesman present. I can't say how much she appreciated this! When I returned to the dealership, I still anticipated the hassle of buying a car. I can honestly say that I was impressed at how Brian conducted the negotiation. I also must say that our credit has taken a major blow. I know Brian worked overtime to get our deal done. We were not treated any differently because of the credit issue. A week after we had the car, a noise developed when I applied the brakes. Again, going on my past experiences with dealerships, I anticipated this to be a problem. When I contacted the dealership, I spoke with Tom. He simply said bring it in, see Gary in service and he will take care of it. It was that simple. Gary met me as I pulled in the service drive and took the car to be inspected. Again, no hassle. Just good ole' fashion customer service. If a training video could be produced on how dealerships should operate, Cardinale Way should be the star. I am 100% impressed with everyone at the dealership and will remember them the next time the time comes to purchase a car...with better credit! BTW...if you are reading this at the dealership (Brian showed me this website before we talked numbers) its for real. You have found the best dealership in Arizona! More
