Jesus was very friendly and communicative when trying to book our service appointment. We were able to send him a video of what was wrong with the car, and he was able to order the part so that we only had book our service appointment. A truly exceptional servicing experience. While waiting around the dealership for our Mazda to be serviced, I had a great experience with Jimmy. Cardinal Way Mazda does a wonderful job on servicing my CX5. I had to change dates and no problem with getting another appointment. They took around an hour to service my vehicle and all was good. They have a very nice waiting area with complimentary coffee, snack and fruit. You can sit and watch tv or take a stroll around the dealership and no pressure.
