I had a great experience with everyone at this dealership. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. My first contact was with Ramone, and he put me at ease right away. He helped me pick out the perfect car by walking all over the lot to make sure I had THE right car for me. Then Brian and Donny worked hard to get me a price and a payment that was comfortable for me so I was able to drive away with my perfect car. Finally Tom walked me through the financing and explained everything clearly. All of the employees I came across that day were friendly in a very relaxed way. I didn't feel pressured or like I was getting a sales pitch; I felt like I just happened to be visiting their workplace and I ended up walking out with a new car. I was extremely happy with my visit and will definitely be going back when I need a new car. More

Went in to Cardinale Way Mazda to test drive one of the 2012 Mazdaspeed 3s and was instantly greeted by Philip before I even got out of my car. Everything was great except the cleanliness of the car at delivery. Windows were poorly cleaned and there were serveral water spots on the outside. We have been thinking of getting a new car for several months and were not sure what make or model that was on our shopping list. When I was doing some errands I accidentally met Bill Ypsilant. While talking with Bill I mentioned that we were thinking of getting a new car, possibly a mazda. Lo and behold he told me he was now selling mazdas, and I asked where. So when I found out a decision to go and see what was available to us. We were in the market for hopefully a good used car, but the staff at cardinaleway was very professional and showed us that financing and quality of the car was a better deal with a new vehicle. Donny Mortier made us a deal that was hard to resist, so with the able assistance of Tom Kendall we bought a new car. And we have not had a new car since 1980. Now that I'm retired and able to have some time to go and see places, we know this will be a reality with the new car. I can not say enough good comments about this dealership and their employees, its like we are all a big family. Steve is always great when I go in to have my vehicle serviced. He is cordial and willing to help out in any way possible. There's a good reason we always return here for our cars and that's the exceptional service we always receive, whether it's getting our cars serviced or purchasing a car. Every employee I've had an experience with has been upfront, honest, and friendly. This time around they really pulled some strings with the banks to get me what I wanted and ended up giving me an unbelievable deal!! I was very pleased and although I wasn't expecting to trade up so soon from my 2010 Mazda 3 to a 2011 Mazda 6... it was totally worth it! I love my new 6 and am glad I did trade up. I will be hanging onto this one for a long time! More
