We have been thinking of getting a new car for several months and were not sure what make or model that was on our shopping list. When I was doing some errands I accidentally met Bill Ypsilant. While talking with Bill I mentioned that we were thinking of getting a new car, possibly a mazda. Lo and behold he told me he was now selling mazdas, and I asked where. So when I found out a decision to go and see what was available to us. We were in the market for hopefully a good used car, but the staff at cardinaleway was very professional and showed us that financing and quality of the car was a better deal with a new vehicle. Donny Mortier made us a deal that was hard to resist, so with the able assistance of Tom Kendall we bought a new car. And we have not had a new car since 1980. Now that I'm retired and able to have some time to go and see places, we know this will be a reality with the new car. I can not say enough good comments about this dealership and their employees, its like we are all a big family. Every employee I've had an experience with has been upfront, honest, and friendly. This time around they really pulled some strings with the banks to get me what I wanted and ended up giving me an unbelievable deal!! I was very pleased and although I wasn't expecting to trade up so soon from my 2010 Mazda 3 to a 2011 Mazda 6... it was totally worth it! I love my new 6 and am glad I did trade up. I will be hanging onto this one for a long time! More

Stayed 2 hours after closing to show us bluetooth setup and nuisances of the car. I will never buy another car from another salesman as long as he is working in the industry. I have always had a really positive experience whenever I have come to the dealership and I think that it is almost entirely because of the way Nick interacts with me. He really feels like someone I can trust and someone that truly wants the best for me and my car. I really value his advice and feel comfortable talking to him. He is also excellent on the phone. He always knows who I am and is really quick to get my questions answered and get me scheduled.
