My wife and I pulled off the US 60 with an overheating 94 Miata around 6 pm one night and discovered CardinaleWay Mazda. I was searching for the right car for weeks. Looking online wasnt getting me anywhere, so I went to Cardinale Way because my heart was set on a Mazda 3. Mama went above the call of duty in making that possible. I have tried to put her on car loans in the past and other dealers would not even attempt it. Wayne Deleo and Al Malouk where very helpful in the process and made us feel very much welcome at their dealership. My daughter is quite happy with the purchase and i would recommend CardinaleWay Mazda to everyone. More

Friday nigh I went to drive home in my Mazda 3 and discovered my air conditioner was broken in 114 degree Arizona heat. It wasn't even blowing air! I called in to Mazda and found out that saturday service days have been booked for at least two weeks in advance. I explained my situation and Steve Ross had me bring my car in anyways. He made sure it was fixed before saturday afternoon in between other appointments. And since I had the platinum insurance, a part that would have cost me at least a couple hundred dollars on top of the price for working on the car, it cost me nothing. Plus they washed my car for free! I love this dealership and always feel like I am getting treated as a friend rather than just a customer. More
