I visited the dealership three separate times before making my purchase, and each time, he took the time to walk me through everything, answer my many questions, and help me figure out exactly what worked best for me. What I especially appreciated was how collaborative the entire experience felt. We worked through everything together, from understanding the vehicle's features to getting all the little details just right. I never once felt rushed or pressured into making a decision. And when it came time to actually take my car home, he went above and beyond! He stayed late into the evening helping me get everything set up, from adjusting the steering wheel and seating position to walking me through the technology and making sure I felt comfortable with my new car. Even after a long day, he was still just as patient, enthusiastic, and attentive as ever. What impressed me even more was that his customer service didn't end once the sale was complete. When I reached out over the weekend with a few questions about my garage setup and caring for the interior, he was quick to respond and even coordinated with the service and detailing teams to help me get the answers I needed. It's one thing to be knowledgeable about the cars you're selling, but it's another to genuinely care about the person buying one. And that's what really stood out to me throughout this entire experience. I'm so appreciative of the time, effort, and care he put into making this such a positive and memorable experience. I would absolutely recommend working with him to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. Truly a 10/10 experience! More
