sales team - Matt Shelton was excellent, no pressure, friendly, professional. Donnie (GM) was responsive at first, then it became obvious he and the Controller are not on the same page. I was supposed friendly, professional. Donnie (GM) was responsive at first, then it became obvious he and the Controller are not on the same page. I was supposed to receive a check for the funds due at the end of my sale (5k+), Donnie told me it was in the mail and I'd have it Monday (following Monday from my purchase ) - we were waiting for the title from my sold/traded in vehicle to come in. I said I had the title now, I'll bring it in, he said wait until you have the check. Another week goes by, their controller calls me, yes the check was mailed. It doesnt come 5 days later, I go into the dealer, shes says she "decided not to mail it", I said oh so we just wasted over 2 weeks, she said "you could have called me" !!!! I said, why would I do that, you told me the check was on the way! LOL - do not trust what finance tells you in this office. It's too bad, because Matt is an excellent sales person, they have great inventory, and the place is very nice. Do NOT trust what the money people here tell you. You will get burned. More
