I traded in my Toyota Tundra for a Toyota Tacoma. Until I connected with Johnny, my experience was not super positive but as soon as he got involved, we started to make progress. Johnny gives a whole new meaning to customer service, sweating while he hand cleaned the car I was buying and had his screwdrivers out to remove the hood cover that I did not like. Over the course of over a week, Johnny fielded numerous emails, text messages and phone calls and was always courteous, thorough and responsive. I've never had this level of customer service before. I do not trust sales managers at used car dealerships, but Johnny is a class act and we'd all be fortunate to work with someone like him when buying a vehicle. More
My first thoughts about CardinaleWay Mazda were how nice the facilities were; not only the new car building but also the used car facility. Johnny introduced himself when I first arrived and we walked around to the used car area. I immediately felt at ease because everyone at CardinaleWay Mazda was so friendly and open. My previous car buying experience at a different dealer had been unpleasant so I was prepared with talking points and defenses as I worked with Sales Manager Al about trade-in values and car conditions. All questions were answered straightforwardly and if I didn't understand the topic, it was explained in other ways until I did get it; very patient. The car I came to look at ended up not working out for me, but at no point did I feel pressured to make it work or to purchase another vehicle. The guys were so nice I decided to hang out at the dealer and ended up buying a (different) car that I love! CardinaleWay Mazda certainly has a family feel while still being professional. I highly recommend going to see new and used cars there. More
I visited the dealership with my family, with the intention of browsing, and after visiting other valley dealerships, I was skeptical. All I can say is WOW!!!!!!!! My view of dealerships has completely changed due to the helpful easgoing attitude of their staff. Dizzy was very knowledgable and politely answered all of our questions, with total patience for what I thought, were stupid questions. My husband and I are not the easiest people to get along with, but for some reason, it all fell into place, and we ended up buying that day. Not just because mazda makes a great product, but mainly because Dizzy and his manager, Al lantz were so friendly and helpful. He made the decision to buy a no-brainer. Great job to everyone and I will recommend everyone I know to Cardinale Way. More

My wife went to the dealership alone to trade-in our vehicle for a newer used vehicle. Matthew was very kind and respectful towards my wife. Next, she dealt with Todd Duthie who was excellent. Todd did not try to dodge any questions and answered all of our questions fully and truthfully as possible. The experience was amazing with no type of deception you might get at other dealerships. I came to Cardinale Way Mazda this morning just to test drive the Mazda3 hatchback. I had no real intention of buying anything, but after test driving the 3 I was in love. Ramone Adami, my sales rep, was very knowledgeable about the 3's features and had an answer for all of my questions. You could tell he had a real passion for the cars and he never told me what he thought I wanted to hear. After taking the long way back to the dealership we sat down to run the numbers. Ramone and his sales manager, Donny Morier, worked the numbers every way possible trying to make my monthly payments in a range I was comfortable with, but unfortunately the Mazda 3 was a tad out of my reach and I was discouraged. Ramone and Donny were not about to let me go home disappointed. Together we started exploring other options. We looked into other models and Donny even suggested we looked into used Mazdas even though he is the sales manager for the new cars only. I could tell they weren't focused on making the sale, they were focused on my best interests. After a few more test drives and a lot more questions I decided on the Mazda2! It was small, but a hatch back and great gas mileage while still being stylish and sporty. I knew this was the car for me and they we determined to make sure I wasn't again disappointed. Donny really went to bat for me while working with the bank. He didn't have a lot to work with seeing that my trade in wasn't as strong as we had thought, but some how he worked some magic and got my approved! Because of Ramone and Donny patients and passion I drove off the lot today with a brand new Mazda2! I couldn't have done it without them! More

I explained to them my unsafe vehicle situation and my credit issues and they promised me no games, honesty and the best deal i could get. I was a little skeptical at first but after sitting there with all of them working numbers so diligently i felt relieved. Because of my credit situation we had to wait till monday for bank approval but they kept in contact with me throughout the weekend keeping me updated on progress even though there wasnt any. I recieved a call from scott within 5 minutes of store opening on monday telling me i could come pick up my new car!! I have bought many new cars in the past and have never had a dealer care so much about me, as a person, and work as hard as they did to make sure i got into a safe vehicle. They promised me three things and kept every one of them. I couldnt have asked for a better sales team and overall experience. Thank you guys for everything!!! More
