The appointment to service my car was easy and the girl that set it up was nice. When i arrived, i didnt have to wait, nick was there to greet me. I was very impressed with the service department compared to another local Mazda dealer. I took it to Cardinale Way because it was very close to home and...frankly, the coupons I received in the mail helped to another local Mazda dealer. I took it to Cardinale Way because it was very close to home and...frankly, the coupons I received in the mail helped get me in the door! (I was able to use one, so that was great.) Back in July 2013, I had some routine service done on my 2012 Mazda 3 - oil change, transmission flush, etc. There was also an issue with noise while turning in the front right wheel well. Turns out it was a torn wheel well liner - they had the part in stock and were able to fix it at the same time they were doing service. Steve was awesome - super helpful & kept in touch with me (I had left my car there to run errands). Not sure what a "5" for service/parts price would be, as I wouldn't know where to begin to price out a wheel well liner but the price wasn't unreasonable so I had them fix it that day. There were no surprises and everyone was helpful and professional. I'm due for more service soon and I'll be taking it in again to Cardinale Way Mazda! More

I did not have an appointment as my battery was dead, and the need was last minute. Steve indicated this was a non issue and he would be pleased to assist. Most people hate the thought of going to a dealership and having to wait on a their car. Well not me. I am treated so well everytime I come here, so I don't mind the wait. I specifically ask for him when I call the main line to schedule an appointment. He's remains familiar with my car over time so he can help me understand how the repairs/maintenance are coming together over a long time frame: which serves to give me a clear outlook of the overall condition of my car. His personality, optimism, and friendliness are a breath of fresh air for me in today's society. Out of all the dealers I've worked with to have my car serviced, Nick has been my favorite to work with. He truly goes above and beyond the call of duty for me and for Cardinale Way. More
