Steve was extremely helpful getting sorted through the process of getting a new battery for my Mazda CX7. Battery was only 1 1/2 years old so it was still under a 50/50 coverage. The service department did not have record of it, but when I went to Rich he found the record and gave it to Nick. Nick quickly changed the invoice and I was out the door with a clean vehicle.
