Scheduling service or any problems with car is always easy. If not available the service writer always calls back in a reasonable amount of time. Steve was extremely helpful getting sorted through the process of getting a new battery for my Mazda CX7. Battery was only 1 1/2 years old so it was still under a 50/50 coverage.
