I had an eleven o'clock appointment to have a new mirror installed. Gary said he would give me a ride to my gym since I was told it would take an hour and a half. Mazda personnel were sensitive to my issues and my concern with regard to the expense while balancing the somewhat unique situation that I am in with my car. I bought it in 2010 and it took well over a year to get to the 5,000 mile checkup. At that time, I had the oil changed and the tires rotated. However, my Kansas dealer had not entered the necessary maintenance information into my record book. While helping me to understand what needed to be done now that I was in Arizona, Mazda nonetheless remained supportive and professional. Two hours was a long visit but they were kind enough to let me know how long it would be ahead of time. Managing customer expectations is a skill that not many companies spend time on but Mazda did. I am now confidant that I will have a reliable dealer to turn to for continued maintenance and one that seems to care about their customers. More

We accidently locked our Masda3 by shutting the door to take care of something while the car was running. Not knowing what to do since we had only the one key, we decided to call the closest Masda dealers take care of something while the car was running. Not knowing what to do since we had only the one key, we decided to call the closest Masda dealership to see if they had any suggestions. With no way to enter the car it was a relief to be told that they could cut us a key with no key to copy. The folks were so nice and it took very little time and we also received good advice about preventing another problem by having the new key programed with the other key so we would have a working spare. Thanks for your friendly and prompt help. More
