I had my car towed to Mazda in Mesa and even though it took two tries, Steve was exceptional during the entire process. I dropped my car off late afternoon with a failing fuel pump. Service got back to be really fast with a diagnosis, in about an hour and a half, just before closing time. My car would not start on a Monday morning. As I was using my wife's car to jump it, I was on the phone with Steve, who said that he could 'accommodate me and to bring it on in'. I told him I was the guy with 'the two Mazda 6s' and he knew automatically who I was. I dropped my car off for the day, although it was finished that morning. The battery was under warranty so there was no charge. Steve recommended some other services for the next time I come. Overall the usual great experience here...that's why I stopped taking my cars to places other than Cardinale (except for an oil change) More
Nick is the best service advisor. I am greeted the minute I drive up and without an appointment. After telling Nick what I needed he had everything done and my car washed without asking and this was all don I drive up and without an appointment. Steve was phenomenal as he has been the last 3 visits. Cardinale left a bad taste in my mouth in the past, but out of obligation and convenience, I reluctantly brought my car back for service. Steve is the reason I'll continue to choose Cardinale for the time being. The service on my car was good, but I had to wipe a couple little grease spots from the outside. Also, my seat was in a weird position and because my battery had been disconnected, I had to reprogram all the radio settings and clock; all minor details that I can overlook. Steve went above and beyond by contacting his supervisor about an issue I was having and he solved my problem. Last time I had an oil change at Cardinale, it took over 2 1/2 hours but Steve did well to not only complete my work in a timely fashion, he kept me posted on the status of my car; a courtesy I was not afforded on my previous visit. I would definitely recommend Steve and his team for service and would consider recommending Cardinale for purchases. To my knowledge, the sales associate who tainted my Cardinale experience is no longer a team member and the new associates have done well to change my views. More

Having just moved to Arizona from Pennsylvania, my husband and I drove to the nearest Mazda dealership since I needed to schedule an appointment for my Tribute due to a recall we received. The service department was closed but we immediately developed a repoire with the sales personnel present at that time. Because of their courtesy and friendly manner and the great deal that was offered to us, we decided to forego the recall work and purchased a new CX-5 on the spot. They even went so far as to procure the exact color vehicle that we were interested in as we waited. At this point, we are very happy with the vehicle (great mileage!) and the follow-up that we have received. We would definitely recommend that people who are interested in purchasing a new vehicle speak to Dan Priedigkeit and John Richardson. CardinaleWay is a great dealership with fantastic employees! More
