My Son's '99 Mazda 626LX suffered an on the road failure. I called Steve Ross, because he worked with us on this car before, and we had Very Favorably results with Steve, and car with that visit. So we go I called Steve Ross, because he worked with us on this car before, and we had Very Favorably results with Steve, and car with that visit. So we got the car towed into Cardinale Mazda Service Dept, and Steve kept us completely Up-To-Date. We were made aware of everything, good or bad. The problem for us was that the BAD, would ended-up costing us more then the car was worth. The Transmission was a total loss. After that, the decision to sell the car for parts or whatever was the only way to go. Going this route, Steve was VERY HELPFUL in finding a buyer. Steve was True to His Word, and he worked with us to help keep the cost down. We really do appreciate Steve as our Service Rep.. I keep his phone number handy. More
I would definitely recommend this dealership. Both my daughter and I have Mazdas purchased from them and the experience has been great from the beginning. The sales staff was absolutely wonderful to work with during the purchases. They were helpful, honest and friendly working with us to obtain the best financing and terms on the autos we wanted. Since purchase, each time either of us has taken our vehicle for routine service, the entire staff has been helpful and friendly. Nick always makes sure you know up front what services are recommended for your current mileage and the cost. We have yet to encounter a time when the cost exceeded the estimate and they always finish the service by the time they say they will or even a bit early. I will be a customer for life. More
My overall experience was awesome! Nick is a very funny, full of information and a good Christian man! I wasn't looking to trade in my 2010 Mazda 5 but after taking to Wayne, the sales manager, I'm now thin full of information and a good Christian man! I wasn't looking to trade in my 2010 Mazda 5 but after taking to Wayne, the sales manager, I'm now thinking of getting a 2012 Mazda 5!! I gave a 5 star review on most all the questions, because I have consistently worked with Steve Ross over the last 2 years in regards to servicing my Mazda 6 and he has always been so pleasant to deal with. I feel he is very honest and never pushes for things that are unecessary as far as service is concerned. He also is great about getting back with me and informing me of charges and any issues regarding my service. I would highly recommend Cardinale Way for service and especially Steve Ross for a service manager. More
