Brought my CX-7 in for 15k maintenance and was blown away by the service team's customer service. The car is driving like brand new, and even though I came in thinking the brakes might need extra work, they by the service team's customer service. The car is driving like brand new, and even though I came in thinking the brakes might need extra work, they didn't, and that unnecessary service was never pushed on me. I will return to Cardinale Way Mazda for my service needs. More

Steve provided me excellent service and was sure to give me a play-by-play of my repairs. I greatly appreciated his ability to explain everything to me in an understandable way. Nick always remembers me & my family and asks about us. We feel treated like family, which is a good feeling for us. We enjoy his sense of humor too. He takes great care to get us in right away. Since I usually wait for the service to be completed, he looks in on me if I need anything, keeps me up-to-date on progress or explains patiently any service that needs to be done. Anything that has been worked on has been done correctly and we have had no subsequent problems with the work. He always makes good suggestions. If,say, tires are worn, he presents options for us to consider--never pushy. More

Our friends always tell us "Why do you take your car to the dealership......they always rip you off!" Let me tell you that this is not the case at Cardinale Way Mazda. They are fair and honest with us and always keep our best interest(our pocket book!!) in mind. We are especially fond of Nick Santarsiero in the service department. He is always so friendly and willing to go above and beyond to make sure we are satisfied. We take our vehicle to the dealership because we know we can trust the quality of work that is being done. It may cost a little more up front but the peace of mind that everything was done to the highest standard makes it worth it to keep our family safe. When it is time for a new car you can be assured we will be purchasing another CX-9 from Cardinale Way Mazda and will continue to use Nick as our Service Advisor! More
