I have a 2004 RX8 that the engine died out a stoplight. I chose to bring the car to Cardinale Way due to a very bad experience at Berge Mazda. My experience with Mazda and Mazda dealerships had up to this point been less pleasent than a root canal. But Steve Ross was a huge help, he didn't try to charge me with a diagnostic or some other fee's. He called a mechanic over and the both looked my car over(for free). The engine was bad and it was replaced by Mazda, the engine mounts were also bad but my extended warranty covered most of that. Sadly I will have to get rid of the RX8, I love the car. But the engine I was given only has a 12,000 mile warranty on it. I will put 12,000 miles on this car in seven months. I can't afford to buy a engine on this car. I don't think I will buy another Mazda vehicle after this. I cannot afford a car that costs me $1000 in maintenance in a one week span. And Berge Mazda trying to stick me for excessive labor costs. I do appreciate the friendly and helpful atmosphere from Cardinale Way, they were a great bunch of people that I wouldn't be worried about doing business with. More
I have been going to this dealership ever since we moved to Mesa. Although I did not buy my car here, I have been totally satisfied with the work performed and have always dealt with Nick in service. Nick is always friendly and has given me good advice. Today I took my car in for a repair and was talking to Phil in sales while my car was being repaired. Although I was only in the dealership for a repair I took the opportunity to see what Phil had to offer. Before the day was over I traded my 2008 in for a 2011. Phil listened to what I wanted and came back the first time with the car that had all the features I wanted including the correct color inside and outside. Also dealing with Tom was a good experience as he was very efficient including a phone call to where I previously purchased the 2008. My overall experience was very good and I will continue to do business with Cardinaleway. More
This was the best experience I have ever had with an auto dealership. Mazda is on to something and I noticed. They were on top of everything from start to finish. Always had a great experience here, they make you feel at home. The salesmen could back off a little though, they cruise the service center trying to get you to trade up. My wife and I were driving over 2100 miles to Phoenix from Ontario, Canada. Prior to leaving, I phoned CardinaleWay to make an appointment to get the oil changed for the return trip. Steve Ross answered my call and was extremely professional, courteous and most of all friendly. He made arrangements for me to contact him directly when we arrived in Phoenix. When we got to Phoenix, I phoned Steve and he set up an appointment that was convenient for me. This was greatly appreciated as timing was an issue for us; however, he fit us in. Upon arrival at the dealership, Steve greeted me like a long lost friend and made me feel like a valuable customer. Every facet of the appointment was handled professionally. The work completed on the vehicle was done promptly and the condition of our vehicle was explained prior to leaving. (Our vehicle was in excellent condition) Steve went that special extra mile, as he took the time to explain some very important information about the Phoenix area to me. As a result of his suggestions, my wife and i have found a location in the area that we are considering purchasing a home in. I will continue to be a CardinaleWay customer. I had a power steering pump recall on my 2009 Mazda3 vehicle. After I dropped my car off Steve Ross called me to advise he could fix a crack I had in my dashboard for free since it was under warranty. vehicle.
