When I schedule a 10:00 ”appointment” and almost daily receive reminders of my 10:00 “appointment”, my expectation is that i actually have an appointment at 10:00! At no time when making my appointment no receive reminders of my 10:00 “appointment”, my expectation is that i actually have an appointment at 10:00! At no time when making my appointment nor in any of the reminders I received was my appointment referred to as a 10:00 drop off time! Change your verbiage or honor your scheduled appointment times! Waiting area not pointed out, little communication during service which took 2-3x longer than usual. Advised needed 5 red services because I was new to the dealership and they had no records from the dealers service which took 2-3x longer than usual.
