Stay away and watch out! They will tell you anything to get you in, and when you get there, they will act like they don’t know what you were talking about. They will act confused and say they misunderstood you. They say they go with Kelly blue book trade in numbers and that is a flat out lie they will give you a substantial lower amount, so make sure you do your research before they try to trick you. when you prove them wrong and show them the Kelley blue book value for your vehicle. They will have very nasty attitude and get offended that you know what you’re talking about. The salesman I had was Sergio and his finance guy came to talk to me with horrible attitude and was telling me if I don’t want the vehicle to just leave basically. Not caring about the drive that was made to go out there or having no responsibility on what his salesman said. Again beware and don’t give them business. More

Damaged my car before. I drove it off the lot. Did.a bandaid fix.and the scratch came back first time I washed it. Wrote a 3* review expressing my concern and was guilt trip I drove it off the lot. Also would not remove lo jack and installed it wrong twice. I got it working after calling Spiron and sorting it out. Now I have 10 months of service instead of 12. The sales team was fine. Service Department is a joke. Dealer add ons are also a joke. Originally wanted 2500 for paint Sealant aka washing the car. And nitrogen filled tires which Costco does for free and some 3m tape on the doors. Just go somewhere else to get your Mazda. More
