The dealership itself was fine. Not enough phone or workstation ports available. Some people may need to skip breakfast or lunch for a maintenance appointment. How about fresh salad bowls and cut deli sandwiches from fries or safe way for late morning to afternoons. In the morning's some sort of breakfast sandwiches. It is the goal to want people to return or want to go out of their way to begin shopping at your dealership, is it not? I hope this assists on improving the waiting area. More
