So he said he was going to work on some options for us. The next day when I called to give him our limits to work within, he said he already had some options for us to consider. We went back the second day and he had prepped a 2015 Dodge Journey for us to consider. It met all of our needs and remained in our budget. We talked figures and decided to wait another day to talk things over. We went back and bought the journey and Breen worked really hard to make sure that we were in and out. His consideration to our situation with our kids was appreciative. He was patient and worked to identify the areas of importance to us with this new vehicle. There was no haggling since the price was on the vehicle and I could simply multiply the price on the sticker by 10% for the other taxes and fees. It was a very smooth experience that only took a couple hours from test drive to ownership. Once I got to paying for the vehicle I opted for the 6 year warranty since I was planning to own the vehicle for that long. Bennet did not even try to up sell which I am glad about. More

He looks good wearing purple shirts (hard to pull of for most men). Usually F & I is where people get nervous. With Bennett Owen the process was a delight.
