When he did not know something, he got the answer and they were all correct. (I had several very specific requirements and wanted to be certain they were met) Once he knew that I was clear about what I wanted, Breen did not try to convince me to consider a similar vehicle on the lot. Rather, he said he would find what I wanted and he did, right down to every detail. When it came to price negotiation, Sonny Kareen was fair and easy to deal with, given references to KBB and other relevant pricing sources. ( I think dealers need to make money to stay in business and service my vehicle ! ) More

Great ability to identify your needs We decided it was time to buy a vehicle that could meet the needs of our growing family and also meet our limitations for a monthly payment. We met with Breen Gaughan when we drove up and he was very attentive to our needs. We really wanted a Durango, but the newer models were outside of our price range. So he said he was going to work on some options for us. The next day when I called to give him our limits to work within, he said he already had some options for us to consider. We went back the second day and he had prepped a 2015 Dodge Journey for us to consider. It met all of our needs and remained in our budget. We talked figures and decided to wait another day to talk things over. We went back and bought the journey and Breen worked really hard to make sure that we were in and out. His consideration to our situation with our kids was appreciative. He was patient and worked to identify the areas of importance to us with this new vehicle. Breen has a high level of professionalism and is very personable when working with customers. I would highly encourage anyone in the market to seek out Breen for help. Chris Selfani also understood what it was like to have two little kids that will not sit still and he made the finance portion of the deal very easy on us. We spent a total of 15 minutes signing papers and finalizing the deal. They even beat Navy Federal's interest rate for a new auto at 72 months. More
