Went in for a weird noise. Everyone was very nice and tried to be helpful. I only gave a 3 star overall rating because I left my car there on a Wednesday evening and apparently Everyone was very nice and tried to be helpful. I only gave a 3 star overall rating because I left my car there on a Wednesday evening and apparently they couldn't figure out for sure what noise I was talking about so I ended up having to go back late the next day to help them find the noise. Due to the following day being a holiday, they couldn't do anything that day and for some reason they couldn't look at it on the following day which was a Saturday?? Anyway... they finally figured out (Monday afternoon) what they needed to do in order to see what the problem is, and they said it could take till the end of the day or it could take a few days depending on what they found. I unfortunately couldn't take a chance on it taking more than a day because I needed the van to drive to Vegas the next day. So... although they were very nice and will probably end up doing a great job with the repairs (eventually) I ended up paying $100 for nothing. They did promise to take the $100 off when I come back to get the work done but it was kind of frustrating all around. And now I have to worry that my van might break down while I'm in the desert. More
